About Us
Where do we play?​
Our home ground is at Barks Hut in Belfield, Sydney and we play in the Canterbury Division (CDSFA). We currently have three teams who play in Division 1, 3 & 6 in Men's All Age. All teams are competitive and include players of all nationalities and walks of life. We're an inclusive club and welcome anyone to come and play for us.

For the 2025 season we are looking to introduce an over 35's team.
Hist​ory
In early 2016, two mates were keen to get back into regular football after a year out of the game. With some coaching, leadership (arguably) and administration skills behind them, they recognised the link between their physical and mental health and the benefits of being part of a team unit.
But where would they find an association that did not dictate you need several adult and children's teams already set up and a boat full of money?
Enter the Sydney Amateur Football League (SAFL), an association that welcomed clubs from all regions of Sydney and encouraged flexibility.
MRP FC was born. After initial Gumtree adverts, Meetup posts, word of mouth and trials (all self-funded), we now have a great squad of players that are about to embark on their 9th season as a club. ​​
